i’m not, but my girlfriend is ❤ we are making a point to start some traditions now that we’ve lived together almost two years. i have cousins who are jewish so i have casually celebrated some holidays with them when i was a kid and teenager (i lived with them for a while) but this is my first time as an adult celebrating hanukkah in an intentional way.
i was raised catholic, my gf was raised secular, and we both have a wide variety of spiritual beliefs about nature etc but it’s really nice to incorporate a larger tradition from her side of the family into our shared life together ❤ i practiced the blessings a bunch tonight so i could sing it all correctly while i lit the menorah, let’s hope my pronunciation gets better each night 😅
it’s completely unsurprising that so many male directors are porn addicts, violent perverts, rapists etc. they adore porn. porn is the final frontier of film to so many of them. they are forever the man behind the camera.
