the companies that are destroying the earth have now made many areas completely dependent on mining as a source of work for local populations and you’re mad that women entered the workforce. like trust me i have nothing but hatred for these corporations, and their attempts at ‘inclusion’ just for woke points are fucking stupid, but this just shows such a lack of understanding of how local economies function in places where most people cant just go to a liberal arts school or get an internship at an accounting firm or even be a barista or some shit. idk how to word this without sounding like im defending mining as an industry because im not, but … this is lacking
