Literally one of the best things i can recommend to be more comfortable with yourself is to watch/read about nature and history and the structure of the human brain and body and neurons firing and mammalian commonalities and the way social ideas reappear every few decades or centuries and the circularity of philosophical debate etc etc etc; ground yourself in what is provable and repeatable, understand our miniscule yet ever-important part in things, everything will probably start to make a lot more sense
